Correct 'Error 722' when loading an existing experience

Description of the issue

Following a Microsoft update released in early January 2018 for Windows 7 devices, you may encounter Error 722 when loading an existing experience into Composer, as shown in the error snapshot below.

The underlying cause is a bug in the Microsoft .NET Framework as described in the following announcement: .NET Framework January 2018 Rollup Known Issue KB4074906. Microsoft quickly removed the faulty update so there are few chances that new users will be impacted by this issue.
